MYLES.COOKING is a project by me– Myles Snider.

This website contains a full archive of all of the recipes and guides I've published online. Most of these were originally published on my Substack newsletter– you can subscribe there to get up-to-date content right in your inbox.

My goal with this website is to create a simple, easy-to-use resource for home cooks– it's quick to access, optimized for both web and mobile, and has a clean interface with zero ads or long strings of unnecessary text. There are a bunch of recipes, plus guides for things like cookware, stocking your pantry, buying knives, and much more. There's also a cool custom AI chatbot to answer any cooking questions you have.

This site was previously behind a paywall, but I've now decided to make it completely free to access.

How To Use This Site

If you're just getting started, check out the cookware guide and pantry guide for tips on stocking your kitchen.

The recipes are broken down into categories— eggs, meat, fish, vegetables, grains, starches, soups and stews, sauces, condiments, meal prep, simple, etc— with several different recipes inside of each. Many of the recipes feature pairing recommendations that will help you mix together different proteins, vegetables, sauces, and sides to create full meals.

If you have any questions, you can hop over to the Ask Me Anything page. There you'll encounter a custom Delphi chatbot that's been trained on everything I've ever published online. You can ask questions about the recipes, request ideas for substitutions, and even submit photos for feedback. I highly encourage you to give it a try— it's quite good!
